Temperature on the influence of the connecting rod bearing and the crankshaft bearing is mainly bearing mechanical strength and corrosion of lubricating oil. Bearing temperature below 10 ℃, the strength of the bearing alloy material will not have obvious change, lubricating oil and no serious chemical etching of the danger. Bearing and around the oil temperature at 10 ~ 140 ℃, the lubricating oil has high corrosion resistance, bearing only from corrosion and reduce its mechanical strength. Crankcase oil temperature on the formation and properties of sediment has a very close relationship. When the oil temperature is lower than 60 ℃, might generate sludge at low temperature, condensation of water in oil can reduce some functional additives. Oil from the oil temperature 60 ℃ to 140 ℃, the oxidation of gradually intensified, oxidation corrosion inhibitor are needed to enhance oil oxidation stability. After the crankcase oil temperature over 140 ℃, some oxidation corrosion resistant additives began to be destroyed (decomposition), then use high temperature resistant additives to improve the stability of the oil and prevent oil viscosity increases sharply.
The temperature of the valve chamber cover less than 50 ℃, the valve will produce condensate indoor, prompt production of lubricating oil sludge at low temperature corrosion caused by part.
